When I was a kid, during the holidays this Quebec tv station would air a ‘Cine-Cadeau’ special. It plays cartoons one after another, some Christmas related and some that aren’t.
This leads to grade one, a kid brought in Asterix et Obelix. Before watching, there was the ‘Cine-Cadeau’ christmas animation (kid recorded it from the tv), so I turned to the jehovah witness girl and said, “Aren’t you not allow to watch this, its part of ‘Cine-Cadeau’ and you don’t believe in Christmas. Shouldn’t you leave the classroom?”
